This website is operated by ARTH – Threads of Change, a sustainable clothing brand based in Mumbai, India. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ARTH. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
Products & Orders
- All products are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. For changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. For more details, visit Cancellation Policy
- ARTH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from our warehouse.
- Delivery may take 7–12 working days, depending on your location.
- For international orders, customs duties (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery, with a mandatory unboxing video and defect report within 24 hours for damaged/incorrect items.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
- All international orders are final sale — they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
- Refund, where applicable, will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months. No refunds to original payment methods are offered.
- ARTH reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation and delivered within 7–12 working days across India. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- We offer free shipping across India.
- A ₹99 service fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders, visible at checkout
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- We offer nationwide shipping and ship internationally as well. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if any) are to be borne by the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for defective or wrong items.
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. To request a return, please email us at arthdesk@gmail.com. Failure to notify ARTH within 24 hours from delivery time shall render the return request null and void, even if the product is damaged.
- Products returned for replacement must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition with tags, freebies and invoice intact and retained at the time of initiating the claim. Any tampering, wear, or use will lead to immediate disqualification of the return.
- All international orders are final sale — they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Return Shipping
Unboxing Video Required
A clear unboxing video is required for all damaged, missing or incorrect item claims within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
Refunds
- Once the returned product passes our quality check, a store credit refund will be credited within 7–10 working days which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Refund, where applicable, will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months. No refunds to original payment methods are offered.
- All international orders are final sale — they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Important Notes
- Returns for change of mind or dislike are not accepted.
- Size exchanges are available (subject to stock).
- Please inspect packages before accepting delivery. Refuse any tampered parcels.
- Do not share OTPs with the delivery agent unless you have received your order.
Exchange Policy
At ARTH, we want you to feel completely satisfied and comfortable in what you wear. If something doesn’t fit quite right or you’ve received an incorrect item, we’re happy to help with an exchange under strict conditions
How to Initiate an Exchange
- To request an exchange, please email us at arthdesk@gmail.com within 7 Days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred size (if applicable).
- For incorrect or damaged items, please mail us within 24hrs and include an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
- The replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 working days
Size Exchanges
- We offer a one-time size exchange per product per order, subject to product availability.
- Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned product, the exchange product will be shipped OR store credit will be issued.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or exchange with another item of equal or higher value.
Value Differences
- If you choose a replacement product of lower value, the balance will be issued as a store credit or gift voucher for future use.
- For higher-value replacements, the price difference will be payable by the customer.
Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only once per product per order.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, wash, or tampering will be rejected for exchange.
- The request for exchange must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items bought on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping
- For Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, ARTH will cover the return shipping cost in full. Please notify us within 24hrs of delivery with supporting images.
- For Size or Preference-Based Exchanges: Return shipping charges for exchanges due to size, fit, or personal preference will be borne by the customer.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers are responsible for both reverse pickup and re-shipping costs. A flat fee of ₹180 will be charged to cover this two-way shipping. This amount must be paid via UPI or an online payment link before the exchange is processed.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will: Share payment details for the shipping fee. Arrange a reverse pickup after payment confirmation. Ship the replacement item to you.
Important Notes
ARTH reserves the right to reject returns and exchange if:
- A valid unboxing video is not provided.
- The item is found used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- In case of any dispute, ARTH’s decision will be final.
- If return shipping is self-arranged, ARTH is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit.
- No refund to the original payment method will be made for exchanged items. Only replacements or store credits will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
At ARTH, each garment is crafted with care and intention. While we understand that plans can change, we aim to keep our process smooth and transparent for both our customers and our makers.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled unless requested within 12 hours of placement.
- To cancel, please email us at arthdesk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order details.
- For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is needed. For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may follow our Return & Exchange Policy once the product is delivered.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.
We encourage mindful shopping, as every piece at ARTH is produced in limited quantities with a focus on sustainability and intention.
